Returns, Exchange and Refund Policy

To be eligible for exchange or return, your product must meet the following criteria:

Be an authentic our brand product.

Purchased within the last 30 days​​.

Extended Holiday Returns and Exchanges:

Be in a new and unused condition.

Be sent back as a complete pair.

Returning or Exchanging Products Purchased from our official website​

Items purchased directly through our website are eligible for free returns and exchanges* if eligible based on the above criteria.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Please be sure to print and include your return form in the package with products. Place the return shipping label on the outside of the return box. You will be able to track your return once it has been scanned in digital system. Please allow up to 3 business days for the package to track.

Orders placed on our website using After pay as a form of payment can only be exchanged for the same model and color.

Do I Need to Include a Copy Of the Original Purchase Receipt to Complete My Return?

At the current time, we do not require a receipt to process your return. We do however request that you complete the return form online, print it, and include it inside the package with your return to help us better assist you.
